Diane Crow Hummel 1946 - 2005 Diane Crow Hummel. born February 15. 1946 in Salt Lake City to Joseph Henry Crow and Mabel Toronto Crow. Married David R. Hummel August 25. 1979 in Salt Lake City. Diane passed away October 14. 2005 of natural causes. She graduated from South High School and the University of Utah school of nursing as an R.N. Diane worked as an encoding specialist with several insurance companies and the University of Utah Hospital with a lifetime o service in the medical field. Diane. was very creative and proficient in needlework. She loved her dogs. Star and Shadow. Diane had a bright outlook on life despite many medical problems. Survived by husband. Dave; sister. Joyce Taylor (Lee]; brother. Glen Crow (Kay); step-daughter. Andrea Nelson (Ken) step-grandchildren. Zachary and Olivia; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father and mother, two brothers, and one niece. Funeral services will be held at Larkin Mortuary Chapel. 260 East South Temple. Wednesday October 19. 2005 at 1:00 p.m.. where friends may call. Tuesday October 18. From 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 11:45 to 12.45 p.m. prior to services.
