Helen Kay Knight (Hemingway) 1946 - 2008 Helen Kay Knight Hemingway Our Best Friend Our mother, wife, and sister left us to be with her mom May 14, 2008 after an extended illness. She was born to Virginia Lee Delahoyde Knight and Earl Brewer Knight on July 15, 1946 in Rock Springs, Wyoming. She married John Michael Hemingway June 15, 1966. She retiredfrom Hercules after 25 years. She loved doing word searches and spending time with her two children. Her passion was spoiling the grandkids. She is survived by her son, Kim (Kathy) Hemingway of Sandy; daughter, Mindy (Kevin) Williams of West Jordan; special son, Scott (Kris) Andersen, her four lights of her life, grandchildren; Kandas, Shirley, Lex, Hunter Williams and step-grandson Kevin G. Williams, brothers; Johnnie, Bob and Bill, sisters; Cookie and Betty, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends and loved ones. She is preceded in death by her Mom, Dad, and sister, Evelyn. The family wishes to thank the staff of the ICU at Jordan Valley Hospital for their care and support. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Broomhead Funeral Home 12600 So. 2200 W. where friends may call Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Monday one hour prior to services. Interment Riverton Cemetery.
