Omar J. Martinez Jan 1945 - Jul 1985 WEST VALLEY CITY--Out beloved husband, father, and friend Omar Joseph Martinez, 49 passed on to another life, July 8, 1985. Born Jan. 25, 1945, Toes N.M. to S. Paul and Cecilia Cortez Martinez. Married Helen Rebecca Valenzuela, Sept. 14, 1968, Las Vegas, Nev. She and her two sons, Steven Paul and Ricky James survive with his memories. Employed at Hercules for 14 years. He loved to run and showed kindness and love to all he knew. He is now at peace. Survivors: father, Kearns; mother, Taos, N.M.; bother and four sisters, Arturo Martinez; Mrs. Rose Martinez, Los Angels, Calif.; Mrs. Barb ara Carcia, Mrs. Delores Anoya, both Taos, N.M.; Drs.
