Ralph Kenneth Oliphant 1945 - 2001 Our Sweetheart and Daddy passed away of a sudden illness on May 20, 2001 with his family at his side. Born December 28, 1945 to LaVar and Vera Oliphant. Married Tami Anderson on September 16, 1977. Ralph was a member of the LDS Church. Graduated from South High School and served in the U.S. Marines. He loved to travel, camp, cook and spend time in his yard. Survived by his "two girls", his wife Tami and daughter Tanji, brother Richard (June) Oliphant; sisters Carol (Mike) Berg, Patty (Wayne) Bryan, mother-in-law Roma Anderson, brothers-in-law Terry and Lonnie Anderson, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his mother and father, and sister Mary Murray, father-in-law George Anderson. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, May 23 at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (Rosemont Section), 3401 South Highland Drive. Family and friends may call from 9:45- 10:45 am prior to services at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary.
