Reed D. Ferre 1946 - 2009 Reed D. Ferre, passed saway at his home on November 12, 2009 in Salt Lake city. He was born on August 22, 1946 to June and Helen Ferre. Reed had a passion for muscle cars and hot rods, he never missed a car show or cuise night with the many friends he made that became like family to him. He enjoyed his profession as a gun show promoter. Reed was known for his generosity and kindness he showed to everyone. He loved spending time in the outdoors, fishing riding ATV's and horeback riding; he also loved taking the occasional trip to Wendover. Reed also was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Survived by his son, daughter and three granddaughters. Preceded in death by his parents. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 12 noon at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah. Interment at Salt Lake City Cemetery.
